- No Cost - Joining the program is FREE!!
- Enrollment - Each customer must complete a data release form allowing The Rebate Group
access to the customer's purchase history from their distributors and a one page enrollment form.
- Please download and print the two necessary forms from the below links, complete each form and fax them to our offices at 404-601-1843.
Your information will then be entered into the system. It’s Just That Easy!!
